Closed Issue: Rapid Entity FrameWork Template is not in the C# templates section [6051]

I have installed "RapidEntity.msi" (Apr 4 uploaded).
There are no installation errors but I don't see the corresponding template in C#.
Why?

Do I need to install something else?
